Take a look at the Statistics page (menu at the top) to see what we've been able to learn from the One Name app.  I'm still learning the app so there will be more and better statistics in the future.

There are 58 profiles in the Study which means quite a few of the profiles need improving.  The number of the profiles in the Study is only a fraction of the large number of Flower/Flowers in WikiTree so there is a lot of opportunity to learn more about these families.

There are so many Flowers profile in WikiTree, separate from the Flower variant, that the app was unable to display the statistics.  It will require breaking down those profiles by generation or by geography in order to get the statistics, then add them back together.  That will take time.

More in the future.

The number of profiles and where they're located has necessitated  our dividing up the Study by geography.  This will make the work easier and should make the Study more interesting.

I learned today that there's also another Study @ WikiTree of just the Flowers variant but it has a page and nothing else, so I've asked the One-Name Project to conflate the two Studies since the members of this Study already include both variants of the surname and this blog includes both.
